Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Rivera piece unconditionally. If something is not right, we will make it so.
Our Return Window
You may return any eligible piece within 7 days of receiving it. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by its original packaging, certificate (where applicable), and proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at riverajewelsbydhanshree@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
The Return Process
Contact Us
Email us within 7 days of receiving your piece to initiate a return.
Approval
We will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
Secure Return
We arrange insured collection from your address at no cost to you.
Inspection
Our craftsmen inspect the piece upon receipt at our Jaipur atelier.
Refund
If approved, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return:
- —Bespoke and custom-designed pieces created to your specifications.
- —Pieces that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered at your request.
- —Loose gemstones that have been removed from their original setting.
- —Pieces showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
- —Items purchased through private consultation at discounted prices unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our inspection confirming the piece's condition. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Shipping and import duty charges are non-refundable unless the piece was faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate an exchange rather than a refund wherever possible. If you would like to exchange your piece for an alternative from our collection, please mention this when you contact us and we will do everything we can to find you something perfect.
Faulty Pieces
In the very rare event that a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will cover all costs of collection and either repair or replace the piece at our expense, or issue a full refund including your original shipping costs — whichever you prefer.
