Every Rivera piece is dispatched with the same care that went into creating it — fully insured, discreetly packaged, and personally tracked.

How We Ship

All orders are dispatched via vetted, insured private courier services. Packages do not bear any external branding that identifies the contents as jewellery. Every shipment is fully insured for its declared retail value.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been collected by our courier. Our team is available to assist with any tracking enquiries.

Shipping Zones & Timelines

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces require additional production time, which will be communicated to you separately.

Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare their value.

Packaging

Each Rivera piece arrives in our signature presentation box, wrapped within a sealed outer carton. The outer packaging is plain and gives no indication of the contents or their value, for your security.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a calling card and reattempt the following business day. After two failed attempts, the package will be held at a local depot for collection.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected status, re-delivery charges will apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.

Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the piece before touching it, and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at riverajewelsbydhanshree@gmail.com. All shipments are insured and we will manage the claims process on your behalf.
