About Rivera Jewels
Rivera Jewels (referred to as "Rivera," "we," or "us") is a private luxury jewellery and gemstone house based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. These terms govern the use of our website at riverajewels.com and any services we provide.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Rivera. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including — but not limited to — product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no binding agreement exists between you and Rivera.
Many of our high jewellery pieces are one-of-one. In the rare event that a piece is sold simultaneously through multiple channels, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or a comparable alternative.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. International clients should note that final charges will depend on prevailing exchange rates applied by their payment provider.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and other methods as specified at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order unless a bespoke commission payment plan has been agreed separately in writing.
Rivera reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders for which a confirmation has already been issued.
Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke and custom-designed pieces are subject to a separate commissioning agreement, which will be provided to you in writing before work begins. Deposits paid for bespoke commissions are non-refundable once production has commenced, as materials will have been sourced specifically for your piece.
Descriptions & Imagery
We make every effort to display our pieces accurately. Photography, however, may not perfectly represent the colour, lustre, or inclusions of a natural gemstone as experienced in person. Stone weights stated are approximate unless a certified grading report is referenced.
We strongly encourage a private viewing before committing to a high-value purchase. Our team is available to arrange this at no obligation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photography, design, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Rivera Jewels and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Rivera's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the item in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our website or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
